Editor Will Longman has just published a second issue of DEEP DIVE, the Deep Submergence Group Association newsletter, DEEP DIVE is available for viewing on the Deep Submergence Group website. Select the “DEEP DIVE” tab to read it.

This issue of DEEP DIVE features Dick Taylor. Unless anyone can stake an earlier claim, no one alive served in a manned deep submersible earlier than Dick Taylor. Dick worked with Marty Klein to make one of the earliest versions of side scan SONAR operable on Trieste. Dick and Marty will be guest speakers at our Reunion in September. For sure they have great stories to tell. You shouldn’t miss it. You can download a registration form for the Reunion on the web site as well.
